COVID -19 FAQs

You are required to wear a face covering for your appointment. In line with government guidelines I wear a Type II surgical mask and visor during the entire length of your treatment.

Can I get a massage if I fall into the NHS high or medium risk groups?

I am currently unable to accept bookings from anyone who would be considered to be in the high risk group as defined by the NHS. This extends to those who may not fall into this category but have a member of their household who does. Those who fall into the medium risk category would need to seek consent from your medical practitioner prior to booking a treatment. For further information about at risk groups please visit the NHS website.

What hygiene precautions are you taking?

Extra time is allowed between clients to allow for cleaning. All surfaces clients come into contact with, including masse equipment are sanitised using antibacterial wipes. All linen is changed between every client and washed at 60 degrees before being tumble dried.
